Your safari leaves Arusha in the morning. Drive to Tarangire National Park, a scenic park famous for its huge baobab trees and massive families of elephants. Spend the afternoon exploring the tracks along the Tarangire River to watch wildlife coming down to drink. Head to your nearby campsite at sunset where your private chef has a fresh dinner ready.

Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park
Drive to nearby Lake Manyara National Park. Explore the beautiful groundwater forests, home to baboon families, monkeys, and forest elephants. Keep an eye on the acacia tree branches to look for Manyara's famous tree-climbing lions. Drive down to the soda lake shorebed to see flocks of pink flamingos before setting up camp in the rift valley town.

Highlands Drive to Central Serengeti Plains
Travel up across the high Ngorongoro Crater rim forest before descending onto the endless, open golden plains of the Central Serengeti. Enjoy game drive tracks en-route to look for lions and gazelles. Arrive at the public camping base in the heart of the park, falling asleep to the wild sounds of hyenas and owls in the distance.

Extended Field Scouting — Serengeti Network
Enjoy a full day of extended wildlife scouting across the central plains networks. Your guide will drive along secret paths to look for leopards hiding in riverbank trees and cheetahs scanning the flats from rocky hills. Watch massive herds of zebras and antelopes grazing across the plains, and return to camp for a warm dinner from your chef.

Serengeti Tracking to Ngorongoro Rim
Conduct a final morning game drive track through the central valleys to look for predators on their morning patrol. After lunch, leave the plains and drive back up into the cool, high-altitude volcanic forest surrounding the Ngorongoro Crater Rim. Dress warmly as your crew sets up your dome tents on the ridge camp area.

Big Five Access Arc — Crater Floor Safari
Drive down the steep 600-meter tracking road onto the incredible crater floor floor. This pristine volcanic eden hosts over 25,000 large mammals. Follow paths around the central soda lake to watch lions, hippos, and flamingos. Look out for the highly protected black rhino to complete your Big Five arc. Set up camp at the foothills for your final night.

Morning Village Walk & Return to Arusha
Enjoy a final warm breakfast prepared by your chef. Take a short walk through local market lanes or village tracks to photograph colorful birds and see local life. Pack up the camping gear and take a smooth return drive along the scenic Great Rift Valley highway back to Arusha, arriving by late afternoon for your onward connections.
